• Larger Items: For beds, bowls, and other larger items, we use UPS. Delivery times vary based on the size and weight of the items.

Product-Specific Shipping Details:

• Beds: Our beds are made to order and may take up to 2 weeks to ship. Please note, Pendleton beds may face backorder issues and could take longer to ship. If you have an urgent need for a bed, please contact us before ordering to check availability.

• Crates: Crate availability can fluctuate based on color production. Processing time can range from a couple of days to up to 12 weeks, depending on stock levels and production schedules.

Special Requests:

• If you cannot receive USPS deliveries at your address, please include this information in your order notes, and we will arrange an alternate shipping method.

• If you need a rush delivery, please contact us before placing your order to check the availability and expedited shipping options.
