1. Tracking Email
Once your order ships, we send you an email with tracking information. This email will include the carrier details and a direct link to track your package. Be sure to check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case!) for this important email.
2. Chat Button on Our Website
If you don’t have the tracking email or want to check the status of your order directly on our website, you can use the chat feature. Simply visit the homepage of our website and click on the chat button in the bottom right corner. Our team can assist you with your order status and any other tracking-related questions.
3. What to Do if Tracking Information is Incorrect
