To receive your return label, the return must first be requested through our return portal:

Once your request is submitted and approved, you’ll receive an email with a link to download your return label.

If you’re unable to locate that email, please check your inbox (and spam folder) for the label PDF before reaching out. If it’s still missing, we’re happy to resend it for you.
