How to Cancel an Order

We get it—sometimes you need to cancel an order right after placing it. We’re happy to help if we can, but please note that there’s only a very short window before your order begins processing.

To request a cancellation:

• Or email us at [email protected] with your order number

Once your order has been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment, we can no longer cancel it. Our team works quickly to get your items out the door, so timing is critical.

If your order has already shipped, you are welcome to contact us for a return once you receive your items. We’ll guide you through the return process.
