Missing Package Policy

If your order shows as "Delivered" but you haven’t received it, don’t worry—we’re here to help.

  2. Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure it was entered correctly.

  3. Wait 24 hours — Occasionally, carriers mark a package as delivered slightly before it actually arrives.
