Add-to-Order Policy

Need to add something to your order? We’re happy to help—if the timing is right!

If you’ve already placed an order and want to add an item, simply place a second order for the additional item(s). Then, contact us right away by calling 303.879.4434 or emailing [email protected].

As long as your original order has not yet shipped, we can combine both orders into one shipment to save you time and reduce waste.

Please note:

• Orders are processed quickly, so there's a limited window for combining shipments.

• If your original order has already been packed or sent to the warehouse, we may not be able to combine them.

• Shipping charges may be adjusted or refunded if the combined shipment qualifies.
